3D PRINTING HYDROXYAPATITE INK (HAPINK) | https://allindiametal.com/3d-printing-hydroxyapatite-ink-hapink/HAPINK is a liquid material containing mineral origin hydroxyapatite for 3D printing technique by extrusion mechanism.

HAPINK can be used for printing multi-layered, three-dimensional bone structures at room temperature by using a direct extrusion (pneumatic or mechanical) in a 3D printer.

HAPINK allows creation of complex 2D or 3D objects as per user design.  object is dried and can be sintered. It can be mixed with other 3D printing inks before extrusion.

HAPINK is also suitable for applications like dip coating, painting, thread fabricating or casting into molds.

3D PRINTING HYDROXYAPATITE INK (HAPINK) | https://allindiametal.com/3d-printing-hydroxyapatite-ink-hapink/HAPINK is a suspension of 85% micro hydroxyapatite in 15% PLGA (Poly lactic co-glycolic acid). The viscosity is 20-60 Psa.s and should be used in well-ventilated areas. It is chemically & thermally stable. It should be mixed well before use.

3D PRINTING HYDROXYAPATITE INK (HAPINK) | https://allindiametal.com/3d-printing-hydroxyapatite-ink-hapink/After using HAPINK by any of the methods, the object can be washed with 70% alcohol followed by water. This washed object is a flexible ceramic. It can be sintered at about 1400-15000C in an inert atmosphere to make rigid ceramic object. Flexible & rigid ceramic objects have been shown to support cell proliferation (excellent biocompatibility) and are highly osteoconductive, and osteogenic, capable of differentiation adult human stem cells into osteoblast-like cell.
