Various steels are sprinkled or brushed, or using other means with dry powders like ceramics  onto an appropriate surface of steel to obtain a temporary coat. These powders are eco friendly, non-toxic, safe to man & animals & biomimetic. Steels include MS, SS, aluminized steels or other metals or alloys or parts which can be in sheet or pipe forms. The purpose of using this method & the dry powder is to protect the surfaces during transport, as well as resist corrosive environments and allow a protective thermal barrier.

The coats are purely for engineering use and allows thermal coating of metal parts, 3D printing filament fillers, insulating layer barrier etc.
